A The objectives

- By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to use the language to talk about their study habits and discuss how to improve their English

They’ll listen to a conversation for main ideas and specific information and complete the report card

b content: Vocabulary: words to talk about study habits: revise, do grammar exercises,

improve, etc; school vocabulary: Math, Literature, English, Physics, History,

Grammar: Present simple to talk about present study habits; Past simple tense

C Materials: transparencies, OHP, worksheet, disk, CD player

Work arrangements: Individuals, pairs, groups, T-WC

Anticipated problems: The lesson may take longer time; students’ listening is poor
