3 Procedure of Flow works / Quy Trình công việc
For site inspection, Contractor Engineer shall prepare the Request for Inspection and notify
to the Engineer not less than one working day in advance for required hold and witnesspoint
Cho công việc nghiệm thu, giám sát Contractor sẽ chuẩn bị thư mời nghiệm thu và thông báo cho tư vấn/giám sát không trễ hơn một ngày (24h) làm việc cho những công việc phải

ITP shall be prepared by responsible Contractor Engineer according to construction detail schedule on the basis of the applicable shop drawings, method statement and/or
specification…/ Kế hoạch nghiệm thu được chuẫn bị bởi giám sát chuyên trách của Nhà thầu dựa theo tiến độ thi công trên cơ sở những bản vẽ được duyệt, biện pháp thi công, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật…
Contractor Engineer shall follow up the inspection activities in accordance with the “ITP”
Giám sát Nhà thầu sẽ làm theo tiến độ nghiệm thu và hạng mục như biên bản nghiệm thu.
Upon completion of the work operation, the responsible Contractor Engineer shall reviewitem covered by the applicable ITP to assure that the work has been completedsatisfactorily and that the ITP and all supplementary documentation is attached and

- The Subcontractor shall record each item on the material stock inventory report and shall be submitted to Contractor for monitoring & controlling./ Nhà thầu phụ sẽ có trách nhiệm ghi chép những hạng mục đã nhận và lưu kho bằng biên bản báo cáo
và trình cho Nhà thầu để kiểm tra và quản lý.
- Receiving inspection shall be performed based on the requirement of the latest approved materials and procurement documents./ Nghiệm thu vật tư đầu vào được thực thi dựa trên yêu cầu cơ bản về vật tư và quy trình được duyệt cuối cùng.
4.5 Receving & Storage / Giao nhận & Lưu kho
During Material receiving inspection, all necessaries dossiers shall be verified carefully to
imported document, test certificate /Trong quá trình nghiệm thu vật tư, tấc cả giấy tờ phải được kiểm tra kỹ như tài liệu nhập khẩu, chứng chỉ kiểm tra.
Upon receipt, check the pump visually to determine whether any damage has happened
during transport or handling/ Trong lúc nhận, kiểm tra bơm bằng mắt để phát hiện ra những
hư hỏng trong quá trình vận chuyễn và nâng hạ.

The pump is delivered from factory in a crate or wooden box specially designed for

- Ensure that suction and discharge ports of the pump and all other openings are covered with cardboard, wood or masking tape to prevent foreign objects from entering
the pump./ Đầu đẩy và đầu hút của bơm phải luôn được đậy kín để tránh các tấc nhân gây hư hỏng bơm rơi vào.

- Rotate the shaft 2 turns every 2 weeks to prevent corrosion of the bearing surfaces

Receiving inspection shall be performed by the Contractor engineer and Client/Project

- Access to storage areas shall be controlled and limited only to authorized personnel.
