- By the end of the lesson Ss can ask and answer questions about the day of week

Sentence patterns: What day is it today? It’s….

Vocabulary: Monday, Tuesday, Wenesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

*Special students: Nam Tu can ask and answer questions about the day of week.

- Developing listening, reading and speaking skills

3 Core competencies & Personal qualities

- Ss confident in communicate with their friends

- Active participate in groups, ready to help their friends

II Teaching - aids

1 Teacher’s aids: Lesson plan, PPT slides,TV, software, speakers

1 Warm up (5’)

- T devides Ss in to 2 teams (Blue - White)

- T explains how to play this game

- T lets 2 teams play together
