1.Những căn cứ xây dựng kế hoạch:
-Căn cứ vào kết quả học tập của học sinh ở năm học 2009-2010
-Căn cứ vào kết quả khảo sát chất lượng đầu năm học 2010-2011
-Căn cứ vào tình hình học tập thực tế trên lớp của học sinh

II THUẬN LỢI VÀ KHÓ KHĂN:
A.Thuận lợi:
- PGD, Ủy ban, lãnh đạo trường luôn quan tâm , tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để thầy trò dạy và học
- Có nhiều loại sách tham khảo để học sinh luyện tập, nâng cao kiến thức
- Học sinh có đủ sách giáo khoa, sách bài tập theo chương trình
- Có máy cassette để phát triển kỹ năng nghe cho học sinh
-Sỉ số học sinh lý tưởng , tạo điều kiện tốt trong việc rèn luyện kỹ năng nói
B Khó khăn:
1 Về ý thức học tập của học sinh:
- Một số học sinh chưa mạnh dạn phát biểu ý kiến, chưa chủ động trong việc học
-Nhiều học sinh không nẵm vững kiến thức cũ và vốn từ vựng cần thiết đã học, làm ảnh hưởng đến việc rèn luyện các kỹ năng lời nói
-Đa số học sinh lười học bài, học từ vựng, không chuẩn bị bài cũng như làm bài tập về nhà
- Nhiều học sinh ngại giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh, đóng vai nhân vật trong các bài hội thoại, ngại sử dụng ngữ điệu trong lời nói Chưa thích ứng với việc làm việc theo nhóm, theo cặp
2 Về cơ sở vật chất:
- Chưa có đủ tranh ảnh cần thiết phục vụ cho giảng dạy theo chương trình
III NỘI DUNG, CHỈ TIÊU, BIỆN PHÁP:
1.Nội dung:
a.Giáo dục tư tưởng,đạo đức tác phong:
- Giúp học sinh thấy được tầm quan trọng của môn tiếng Anh, từ đó các em sẽ yêu thích môn học
- Giúp các em có tác phong tốt trong nhà trường, gia đình và ngoài xã hội -Thông qua bài học, học sinh hiểu biết thêm về văn hoá, phong tục, lối sống của người phương Tây; từ đó có thể vận dụng vào các tình huống thực tế và có thể
sử dụng tiếng Anh như một ngôn ngữ thứ hai bên cạnh tiếng mẹ đẻ
Trang 3- Giúp các em tự xây dựng ý thức học tập, tạo niềm say mê đọc sách.
b.Học tập trên lớp:
*Về kiến thức:
-Truyền đạt đầy đủ nộii dung kiến thức theo đúng phân phối chương trình, đảm bảo tính đúng đắn, chính xác đảm bảo tính hiện đại Bên cạnh đó giúp các em khai thác, mở rộng kiến thức
- Giúp các em nắm vững bài học trên lớp Biết áp dụng các kiến thức đã học vào thực tiễn Bám sát nội dung luyện tập cho học sinh yếu kém
*Về kỹ năng:
-Rèn luyện và phát triển 4 kỹ năng ngôn ngữ: nghe, nói, đọc, viết Trong đó chủ trọng kỹ năng nghe- nói; giúp học sinh tự tin trong giao tiếp
- Phối hợp, lựa chọn các phương pháp phù hợp nộ dung bài dạy để truyền đạt cho học sinh nhằm phát huy tính tích cực, chủ động, sáng tạo của học sinh tronh quá trình học
2 Chỉ tiêu phấn đấu:

3.Biện pháp thực hiện:
a.Đối với giáo viên:
-Hướng dẫn học sinh cách học ngoại ngữ để đạt hiệu quả cao nhất, nhằm đạt yêu cầu cần thiết bốn kỹ năng lời nói
Trang 4-Thường xuyên ôn lại kiến thức cũ trước khi cung cấp kiến thức mới
Thường xuyên kiểm tra từ vựng, khả năng giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh của học sinh Đồng thời cho các em học thuộc các đoạn hội thoại ngắn để các em giao tiếp trôi trải
-Sử dụng phương pháp gợi mở, giao tiếp giúp học sinh tiếp thu bài nhanh và
nhớ lâu
-Thường xuyên kiểm tra việc học tập của học sinh trên lớp Kiểm tra thường
xuyên, định kỳ theo PPCT nhằm biết được khả năng nắm bắt, tiếp thu bài học của học sinh
-Khuyến khíh học sinh hoạt động theo nhóm, theo cặp nhằm phát triển kỹ
năng giao tiếp; tự tin, mạnh dạn khi luyện nói tiếng Anh
-Sử dụng đồ dùng dạy học cần thiết khi lên lớp( máy cassette, tranh ảnh, đồ
vật thật,…) nhằm thu hút học sinh ngày càng yêu thích môn học
-Tổ chức cho học sinh tham gia các trò chơi tạo sự sôi nổi, hứng thú trong
giờ học
b Đối với học sinh:
-Tích cực phát biểu ý kiến xây dựng bài ở lớp, chủ đọng chuẩn bị bài học,
nội dung ngôn ngữ tước khi đến lớp
-Hoàn thành tốt các yêu cầu của giáo viên bộ môn
-Tập trung cao trong giờ học, nhiệt tình, tích cực, chủ động tham gia thực
hành rèn luyện các kỹ năng lời nói
-Ý thức cao trong hoạt động nhóm, cặp
