1 Pre-teach vocabulary:

( Use cards of numbers and translation to teach the vocab.)

- Say each word three times

- Get Ss to repeat

- Write the word on the board

- Ask the meaning

- Hi = Hello: xin chào

- a name: tên

- I am = I’m…: tôi là …

- oh: 0 three:3

- one: 1 four: 4

- two: 2 five: 5

* Checking vocabulary: Slap the board

2 Dialogue build:

Hi My name’s Lan Hi My name’s Nga ( Practice saying the dialouge)

* Call out the model sentences:

* Concept checking:
