V Nh÷ng gi¶i ph¸p chñ yÕu:

Thật khó tin khi mà trong thời đại hội nhập toàn cầu, vẫn còn những học sinh coi môn tiếng Anh là “môn phụ” và học theo kiểu uể oải, đối phó Chỉ đến khi lên đến đại học, ra làm việc, họ mới biết nhận ra vấn đề, nhưng điều đó đã quá muộn.Hiệnnay, môn tiếng Anh đã được đưa vào dạy ở bậc phổ thông, từ THCS đến THPT, một số nơi đã đưa vào dạy ở bậc tiểu học

Và Môn Ngoại ngữ là một môn thi tốt nghiệp bắt buộc hàng năm Tuy nhiên, một thực tế là chất lượng dạy học môn Ngoaingữ trong nhà trường vẫn còn rất thấp chưa đáp ứng được yêu cầu của thực tiễn phát triển kinh tế xã hội trong thời kỳ hộinhập vì vậy để góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dạy học bộ môn cần có những biện pháp sau:

1 Đối với giáo viên:

-Trước hết phải nghiên cứu chương trình soạn giảng đúng ,đầy đủ và chu đáo

-Dạy học phải bám sát chuẩn kiến thức kỷ năng,trong quá trình dạy phải phân hóa đối tượng học sinh để có biện pháp giảng dạy thích hợp

-Trong qua trình giảng dạy phải biết kết hợp nhuần nhuyễn 4 kỹ năng trong 1 unit,phải tạo điều kiện cho các em hoạt động tích cực ,tự khám phá tự tìm tòi ,phát hiện cái mới ,hướng dẫn các em phương pháp tự học,cách học ở nhà ,cách học từ mới,cách học ngữ pháp ,cách phát âm dễ nhớ và nhớ lâu ,GV luôn tạo không khí học tập thân thiện,gần gũi nhằm đem lại kết quả cao trong học tập

-Thường xuyên kiểm tra vở ghi ,vở bài tập của học sinh Kiểm tra chấm chữa kịp thời, khách quan ,chính xác

-Tăng cường làm và sử dụng đồ dùng dạy học có hiệu quả, tăng cường sử dụng Tiếng Anh trong giảng dạy, chú trọng rèn luyện các kỹ năng ngôn ngữ cho học sinh

-Luôn quan tâm đến từng đối tượng học sinh thường xuyên trò chuyện với các em về bộ môn tiếng anh, về đátnước con người Anh,về những điều mới me thú vị để giúp các em ngày càng có ý thức ,hứng thú với môn học

-Thường xuyên cải tiến phương pháp giảng dạy ,kết hợp linh hoạt các thủ thuật vừa đem lại hiệu quả cho tiết dạy vừa gâyhứng thú cho học sinh

-Tăng cường củng cố ngữ phap cho học sinh qua các tiết tự chọn hay giờ phụ đạo

-Tham gia bồi dưỡng các chuyên đề đầy đủ ,Luôn phải biết trau dồi tích lũy kiến thức để tự bồi dưỡng năng cao trình độchuyên môn nghiệp vụ,thường xuyên kiến tập dự giờ đồng nghiệp để trau dồi học hỏi kinh nghiệm lẫn nhau

-Cuối cùng là giáo viên tăng cường việc tự học nhằm nâng cao trình độ để đáp ứng yêu cầu giảng dạy theo đề án dạy họcngoại ngữ toàn quốc giai đoạn 2011-2020 cũng như chuẩn nghề nghiệp GV THCS và THPT

2 Đối với học sinh.

- Để học mụn tiếng Anh cú chất lượng và hiệu quả trước hết phải cú đầy đủ sỏch vở,SGK ,SBT ,vở ghi ,vởbài tập,vở nhỏp và sỏch tham khảo ,băng đĩa cỏtset

- Phải làm bài tập đầy đủ ,chuẩn bị bài củ và bài mới chu đỏo trước khi đến lớp

- Trong giờ học phải tập trung chỳ ý nghe giảng ,hăng say phỏt biểu xõy dựng bài

- Luụn tự giỏc học hỏi ,tớch cực hoạt động ,mạnh dạn giao tiếp

- Cú ý thức sử dụng tiếng Anh ở mọi lỳc mọi nơi

- Thờng xuyên trau dồi Tiếng Anh bằng cách nghe các chơng trình ở TV,tích cực học thêm ở nhà

Tham gia học cỏc phần mềm học tiếng Anh hay Internet để học online

3 Đối với cha mẹ học sinh.

- Quan tâm đến con em, tạo mọi điều kiện cho các em có thời gian để học

- Chuẩn bị cho con em đầy đủ dụng cụ, sách vở học tập,sách tham khảo ,băng đài cát set để các em luyệnnghe thêm ở nhà …

- Theo dõi, nhắc nhở con em làm bài tập, học bài đầy đủ

4 Sự chỉ đạo chuyờn mụn nhà trường.

- Tăng nguồn kinh phớ đầu tư trang thiết bị ,tạo mọi điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất ,đồ dựng dạy học cho bộ mụn

-Phõn cụng chuyờn mụn ,thời khúa biểu hợp lý

-Cú kế hoạch chỉ đạo nhằm nõng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt tổ chuyờn mụn lắng nghe tõm tư nguyện vọng của

Gv tạo kiều kiện cho giỏo viờn Tiếng anh được sinh hoạt theo tổ chuyờn mụn cú chiều sõu

-Tuyờn truyờn tạo sự chuyển biến về nhận thức, tư tưởng của phụ huynh và học sinh, thực sự coi trọng và cố gắng họctập mụn ngoại ngữ

5.Đối với cỏc lực lượng giỏo dục khỏc :

- Quan tõm tạo mọi điều kiện tốt nhất cho việc dạy học bộ mụn anh

Hy vọng rằng những giải pháp cơ bản trên nhằm phần nào giúp học sinh trường TH nói chung và trường THCS Quảng Phú nói riêng ngày càng cải thiện được chất lượng dạy và học tiếng Anh trên con đường hội nhập quốc tế góp phần đưa trình độ dân trí ở khu vực lên tầm cao mới
