đáp ứng đợc yêu cầu của thực tiễn phát triển kinh tế-xã hội trong thời kì hội nhập Vì vậy để góp phần nâng cao chất lợng dạy học bộ môn cần có những biện pháp sau:

1 Đối với giáo viên:

-Trớc hết phải nghiên cứu chơng trình soạn giảng chu đáo, bởi chơng trình là pháp lệnh

-Dạy học phải bám sát chuẩn kiến thức, chuẩn kĩ năng, trong quá trình dạy phải phân phân hóa đối tợng họcsinh để có biện pháp giảng dạy thích hợp

-Trong quá trình giảng dạy phải biết kết hợp nhuần nhuyễn 4 kỹ năng trong 1 Unit, phải tạo điều kiện chohọc sinh hoạt động tích cực, tự khám phá tìm tòi, phát hiện cái mới, hớng dẫn cách em phơng pháp tự học ,hớng dẫn học sinh cách học từ mới, cách học ngữ pháp, cách học phát âm làm cho dễ nhớ và nhớ lâu vàcách tự học bài ở nhà ,luôn tạo không khí học tập thân thiện để đem lại kết quả cao trong học tập

-Luôn kiểm tra vở ghi, vở bài tập thừong xuyên Kiểm tra chấm chữa kịp thời, chính xác và khách quan -Luôn quan tâm đến từng đối tợng học sinh

-Thờng xuyên trò chuyện với học sinh về bộ môn tiếng Anh, về đất nớc con ngời Anh, về những điều mới

mẻ, thú vị để giúp các em ngày cáng có ý thức, hứng thú với môn học

-Luôn cải tiến phơng pháp giảng dạy, kết hợp linh hoạt các thủ thuật vừa đem lại hiệu quả cho tiết dạy lạigây hứng thú cho học sinh,

-Tăng cường củng cố ngữ phỏp cho học sinh qua cỏc tiết tự chọn hay giờ phụ đạo

-Tham gia bồi dỡng các chuyên đề đầy đủ Tham gia hội thảo về thay sách do phòng, cụm chuyên môn tổchức,luôn phải biết trau dồi, tích luỹ kiến thức để tự bồi dỡng, nâng cao trình độ chuyện môn nghiệp vụ th-ờng xuyên kiến tập, dự giờ đồng nghiệp để trau dồi và học hỏi kinh nghiệp lẫn nhau

-Cuối cùng là Giỏo viờn tăng cường việc tự bồi dưỡng nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn để đáp ứng yêu cầu giảngdạy theo Đề án dạy học ngoại ngữ trong hệ thống giáo dục quốc dân giai đoạn 2010-2020 cũng như chuẩn nghềnghiệp giáo viên Tiếng Anh trường THCS và THPT.

2 Đối với học sinh.

- Để học môn tiếng Anh có chất lợng và hiệu quả trớc hết phải có đầy đủ sách vở, SGK,SBT,vởghi ,vở BT, vở nháp và sách tham khảo, băng, đĩa, đài catset

- Phải làm bài tập đầy đủ, chuẩn bị bài củ, bài mới đầy đủ và chu đáo trớc khi đến lớp

- Trong giờ học phải tập trung chú ý vào bài giảng, hăng say xây dựng phát biểu ý kiến

- Luôn tự giác học hỏi, rèn luyện khả năng giao tiếp với bạn bè

- Sử dụng tiếng Anh ở mọi lúc mọi nơi

- Tích cực tự học tập, hoạt động cặp và nhóm

- Thờng xuyên trau dồi Tiếng Anh bằng cách nghe các chơng trình ở TV,tích cực học thêm ở nhà

Tham gia học cỏc phần mềm học tiếng Anh hay Internet để học online

3 Đối với cha mẹ học sinh.

- Quan tâm đến con em, tạo mọi điều kiện cho các em có thời gian để học

- Chuẩn bị cho con em đầy đủ dụng cụ, sách vở học tập,sách tham khảo ,băng đài cát set để các emluyện nghe thêm ở nhà …

- Theo dõi, nhắc nhở quản lý con em việc học ở nhà

4 Sự chỉ đạo chuyờn mụn nhà trường.

-Cú kế hoạch chỉ đạo nhằm nõng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt tổ chuyờn mụn lắng nghe tõm tư nguyện vọngcủa Gv tạo kiều kiện cho giỏo viờn Tiếng anh được sinh hoạt theo tổ chuyờn mụn cú chiều sõu

- Tăng nguồn kinh phớ đầu tư trang thiết bị ,tạo mọi điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất ,đồ dựng dạy học cho bộ mụn

-Phõn cụng chuyờn mụn ,thời khúa biểu hợp lý

-Tuyờn truyờn tạo sự chuyển biến về nhận thức, tư tưởng của phụ huynh và học sinh, thực sự coi trọng và cố gắng học tập mụn ngoại ngữ

5.Đối với cỏc lực lượng giỏo dục khỏc :

- Quan tõm tạo mọi điều kiện tốt nhất cho việc dạy học bộ mụn anh

Hy vọng rằng những giải phỏp cơ bản trờn nhằm phần nào giỳp học sinh trường TH núi chung và trường THCS Quảng Phỳ núi riờng ngày càng cải thiện được chất lượng dạy và học tiếng Anh trờn con đường hội nhập quốc

tế gúp phần đưa trỡnh độ dõn trớ ở khu vực lờn tầm cao mới
