2 Pre- writing (12 minutes)
1 Have you ever written to anyone?
2 What kind of the letter – friendly or
complaint letter?
- Today we learn how to write a complaint
letter?
- Teach some new words and have Ss guess
and give the meaning of these words
- Answer teacher’s questions

1 New words:

the members in each team the half sentences
