I Aim.

- Helps pupils to practice writing skill: Write the thank-you letter

II Content:

1 Vocabulary: About the thank-you letter

2 Grammar: - Simple tenses

III Teaching aids:

- A sub-board written on questions in exercise 2

IV Procedure:

1 Warm up: (5’)

- Teacher pupils some free questions

- Teacher introduces the exercises in

the lesson

2 Prepare: (10’)

- Teacher introduces some new

words

- Guides pupils to give out the use and

meaning of them

- Teacher reads first and gets pupils to

listen

- Teacher reads again and gets pupils

to repeat

- Checks pupils' reading

3 While: (20’)

- Gets pupils how to do exercise 1

- Gets pupils to do alone in 2' to

complete the thank-you note
