- Teach some sentences of greeting and the usage of them.

( T suggests Ss to tell about Good morning, … Then T writes those words on the board: Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good night)

(T reads 3 times, Ss repeat Then T asks Ss to read in individual)

+ If we meet together, we say the following sentences:

Teacher: Hi/ Hello/

Students: ….

+ If we meet together, we can say:

Teacher: Hi, everybody!

- Learn some sentences of greeting and the usage of them.

+ Ss listen and repeat the sentences:

1 Greeting: - T asks Ss about weather, what they

watch on TV at home, … in Vienamese

- Ss talk freely.

Introduction:

Close the book:

* Play a game:

- Ask students to say: boy / girl And then, students say what the teacher say.

Close the book:

- Show a picture (boy), T says the word “boy” and then asks some student to read again.

- Show a picture (girl) & say: “girl”

and then ask some student to read again.

- T gives cards with boys and girls, and says “boy”, “girl”

- …

- The last student lose in this game.

- Listen & read again.

- SS look at the cards, repeat

- Ask ss to tell evreyone to know the person they can touch but they can’t see is boy or girl

- Listen & read after the teacher.

- Students say “boy” or “girl” in chorus in front of the class.

- Ss introduce someone in group, then say “boy” or “girl”

- Ss play the game: Some student will be covered on his or her eyes by a handkerchief, he

or she must predict about someone, boy or girl …
