1.Teacher:

- Having good designs for a teaching period: lesson plan, pictures, extra-board, real things, cassette recorder, …

- Having many good methods which are suitable with every level of students’ ability

- Making all the students participate: pair works, group works, individual work

2.Students:

- Learning their lessons by heart and finishing their homework before going to school (100 % of students)

- Having necessary and sufficient equipments of studying: textbooks, workbooks, notebooks, rulers, reference books,

- Doing tests by themselves on examination
