I-/ ĐẶC ĐIỂM TÌNH HÌNH CÁC LỚP DẠY

1 Thuận lợi:

- Đa số học sinh có đạo đức tốt, ngoan hiền

- Đa số học sinh có tinh thần thi đua học tốt

- Hầu hết học sinh được phụ huynh quan tâm, đi học sách vở tương đối đầy đủ

- Các tập thể lớp đoàn kết, có tinh thần giúp đỡ nhau trong học tập

- Có sự quan tâm giúp đỡ của ban giám hiệu nhà trường, của các giáo viên chủ nhiệm

2 Khó khăn:

- Đa số HS là con em nông dân nên điều kiện học tập còn hạn chế, ngoài SGK học sinh không có đầy đủ băng đĩa để rèn luyện nghe Tiếng Anh

- Đồ dùng dạy học còn hạn chế

- Môi trường rèn luyện tiếng hạn hẹp

- Ý thức học tập của một số HS chưa cao, đi học không chuẩn bị bài, không chép bài, không làm bài tập, thụ động trong học tập

III-/ BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG:

1 Đối với học sinh khá giỏi:

 Củng cố kiến thức cũ, bồi dưỡng nâng cao cho học sinh hoàn thiện tốt 4 kỹ năng Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết

 Hướng dẫn các em tìm đọc thêm các tài liệu tham khảo

 Tổ chức học nhóm để đào sâu kiến thức, rèn luyện giải bài tập nâng cao, rèn luyện giao tiếp Tiếng Anh với nhau

 Phát huy vai trò của các em trong hoạt động cặp, nhóm – giúp đỡ các bạn yếu kém

2 Đối với học sinh trung bình:

 Chú ý những câu hỏi phù hợp đối với đối tượng

 Làm cho học sinh nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản của mỗi bài học

 Giúp học sinh hoàn thiện 4 kỹ năng Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết

 Nêu gương những học sinh vuợt khó học giỏi để các em có tinh thần phấn đấu trong học tập

 Khuyến khích HS tham gia hoạt động cặp, nhóm tích cực

 Liên hệ với gia đình để có biện pháp giúp đỡ, khuyến khích, động viên các em cố gắng học tập

3 Đối với học sinh yếu kém:

 Bồi dưỡng kiến thức còn hổng

 Kiểm tra sách vở thường xuyên, hướng dẫn cặn kẽ khi thực hành cặp, nhóm

 Tạo cơ hội cho học sinh phát biểu trước lớp

 Tạo đôi bạn học tập giúp đỡ nhau cùng tiến bộ

 Dạy phụ đạo nếu nhà trường phân công

 Liên hệ gia đình, quan tâm đặc biệt đến các em
