Ba post office is equipped and reliable address for the postal and

telecommunication needs

+ The security conditions of the post office:The parking area of Thanh Ba post office is not a good and security place + The attitudes of the staff: The staff are always helpful and polite to the

customers( sometimes seems a bit cold and not very helpful

Opening: Introduce who you are, say the purpose of the letter

First paragraph: Say about what you like about the service, make suggestions if possible

Closure: Thank the recipient for their time and attention Goodbye

I have been using the services provided by thanh Ba post office for years Now i am writing this letter in response to your request

working in good condition And the security condition at your office must be counted However, there are still some minor inconviences that need correcting It would

be better if your office opened until 10p.m for some late customers in need.and the last point i would like to suggest is the attitude of some clerks isn’t polite enough: they

sometimes seem to be unhelpful and abit arrogant

In sum, what your office has done so far is very encouraging I hope that your office will be a much better place for the

community
