- T explains how the game is played: Ss play the game in two groups of five
- First, they place five pieces of paper face down
- Then, each student in the first group chooses one card at random
- He/ She shows the card and makes a sentence with the phrase written on it, using the present simple active voice
- The group that makes a correct sentence will get two points and the one that makes
an incorrect sentence will have two points subtracted
- For more advanced classes T may want to add more pieces of paper with different phrases to the game or have Ss make their own
