UNIT : 4 BIG OR SMALL ?

Period : 20 A WHERE IS YOUR SCHOOL? ( 1, 2,3,4)

Date of preparation : October 10th, 2009

Classes : 6A3 , 6A4 , 6A5

I Aims and objectives :

* Language content : To introduce some new words relating to school, coutry, city.

To teach them how to use the question and the way to answer YES – NO

To remind the Ss of the questions and answers about school’s information

as the numbers of classes or students

* Language function:To help the students to ask and answer about the location, character –

quatification of thing

To help the students describe one’s school the location, the size the number of classes and students

* Educational aim: To make the students aware of the difference of the school in the

country and in the city, and their love for school

1 Language :

a.Vocabulary: small - big - or - country - city

b.Structures: where is…? Is … small / big? Yes / No

2 Skills : Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing

3 Educational factor : Describing the school in the country and in the city.

III PROCEDURES IN CLASS :
