I)ĐẶC ĐIỂM TÌNH HÌNH CÁC LỚP DẠY:
1)Thuận lợi:
- Học sinh có ý thức trong học tập ,tập trung chú ý lắng nghe giảng bài
-Học sinh học bài và chuẩn bị bài đầy đủ trước khi đến lớp ,chuẩn bị tốt dụng cụ học tập
- Những học sinh khá ,giỏi của lớp 8A1 năng nổ trong những tiết học anh văn
2)Khó khăn:
-Chất lượng học tập không đồng đều giữa các lớp 8A1 và 8A2.
-Nhiều học sinh của lớp 8A2 có thái độ học tập chưa tốt ,chưa tự giác trong học tập ,thời gian đầu tư cho môn anh văn chưa nhiều -MôÏt số học sinh có tư tưởng học đối phó nên trong giờ học các em tiếp thu bài một cách thụ động ,về nhà học lấy lệ dẫn đến kết quả học tập của các em còn thấp
-Nhứng học sinh yếu, kém thường hay nghỉ học ghi bài không dầy đủ

III)BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG:
1)Đối với giáo viên:
-Phân loại đối tượng học sịnh G-K-TB-Y trong quá trình giảng dạy.
-Thường xuyên kiểm tra vở học ,vở soạn,vở bài tập của những học sinh yếu ,kém.
Trang 2-Sau mỗi tiết học ,giáo viên nhận xét tiết học của học sinh và ghi điểm cho những học sinh tích cực trong giờ học
-Hướng dẫn học sinh cách để học môn tiếng anh có hiệu quả
-Khi luyện tâïp ngoài các yêu cầu về kiến thức ,đảm bảo tính chính xác ,khoa học,giáo viên cần chú ý cách trình bày ,giói thiệu các thủ thuật ,bí quyết trong học môn tiếng anh
-Sử dụng tốt các đồ dùng dạy học trong từng tiết học như :charts,flashcards,pictures,cassette,tape
-Cho một số bài tập nâng cao để phát huy tính sáng tạo của học sinh
2)Đối với học sinh :
-Xây dựng tốt nề nếp học tập ở trường ,ở nhà ,chuẩn bị đầy đủ đồ dùng học tập
-Hiểu và vận dụng những kiến thức đã học đêû làm bài tập
-Đối với học sinh yếu nên làm lại những bài tập đã giải trên lớp và học thuộc bài và làm bài tập đầy đủ
-Đối với học sinh khá giỏi nên làm những bài tập nâng cao
