1.Warm-up

-Ask : what did you do last night?

- Tell what T did last night: I watched TV, listened

to music and read Doremon

- Introduce new lesson: Past simple tense

2 Presentation

*Form:

Negative: S + Ved +O

Positive: S + did + not + V +O

Question: Did + S +V +O?

Yes, S+ did No, S+ didn’s activitiest

Question words: WH + did +S +V +O?

Eg: I stayed at a hotel

I didn’s activitiest stay at a hotel

Did you stay at a hotel? Yes, I did

Where did you stay?

* Use:

Use the simple past to talk about finished actions in

the past

*Verbs:

- Add “ed”

- Irregular verbs

* Note: To be: were/was

- Think and write the form of the present continuous tense

- Write on the board

- Give example
