58/2011/TT-BGDĐT của Bộ GDĐT về việc ban hành Quy chế đánh giá, xếp loại họcsinh THCS và THPT áp dụng từ năm học 2011-2012 Việc KTĐG phải đủ 4 kỹ nănggồm nghe, nói, đọc, viết và ngữ âm, kiến thức ngôn ngữ

- Kiểm tra thường xuyên chủ yếu dành cho kỹ năng nói, thời lượng có thể từ 5

đến 15 phút, thông qua các hình thức như trả lời các câu hỏi ngắn, miêu tả tranh, kể lạitruyện, thuyết trình, hùng biện, sinh hoạt theo chủ đề, trình bày bài phát biểu, phỏngvấn, đóng vai và các hoạt động hỗ trợ phù hợp khác để tăng cường môi trường giáo dụccho học sinh Cần chú trọng tới định hướng giao tiếp và khả năng thực hiện các yêu cầu

đàm thoại Học sinh được đánh giá qua kiểm tra thường xuyên tối thiểu 3 lần mỗi học

kỳ và phải có ít nhất 2 lần ở hình thức kỹ năng nói và 1 lần ở dạng bài viết

- Kiểm tra định kỳ (45 phút) là bài kiểm tra tích hợp gồm các kỹ năng nghe, đọc,viết, ngữ âm và kiến thức ngôn ngữ Bài kiểm tra phải có ít nhất 02 dạng câu hỏi chomỗi kỹ năng/phần với định hướng đánh giá năng lực ngôn ngữ toàn diện của học sinh

Tỷ lệ các kỹ năng trong bài kiển tra 1 tiết trở lên; Nghe hiểu: 30%; Ngữ âm: 10%; Kiếnthức ngôn ngữ: 20%; Đọc: 20% và Viết: 20% Số lượng câu hỏi mỗi bài kiểm tra từ 30đến 50 câu đối với kiểm tra định kỳ và từ 35 đến 60 câu đối với kiểm tra học kỳ căn cứmức độ yêu cầu và độ khó của các câu hỏi Các trường phải đảm bảo có đủ thiết bị đểhọc sinh làm bài nghe hiểu

- Kiểm tra định kỳ lần 1 của mỗi học kỳ được thực hiện sau bài ôn tập thứ nhấtcủa học kỳ (bài Review 1 của học kỳ I và bài Review 3 của học kỳ II); Bài kiểm tra định

kỳ lần 2 của mỗi học kỳ được thực hiện sau bài thứ 5 của học kỳ (bài 5 của học kỳ I vàbài 11 của học kỳ II)

- Kiểm tra học kỳ dành cho các kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết Căn cứ điều kiệnCSVC, nhà trường có thể tổ chức kiểm tra kỹ năng nói trong cùng buổi kiểm tra hoặckhác buổi (khi có kết quả, chia tỷ lệ phần trăm bài Viết chiếm 70%, Nói là 30%) Giáoviên cần bố trí thời gian chữa bài kiểm tra học kỳ

2.2 Cấu trúc, định hướng nội dung của bài kiểm tra

2.2.1 Phần nghe:

Kiểm tra bằng đài cassette qua đĩa CD, máy tính hoặc các thiết bị thu, phát âm thanh

khác Không được sử dụng giáo viên đọc lời thoại/nội dung bài nghe cho học sinh Thời lượng

dành cho bài nghe từ 8 đến 15 phút, có tối thiểu 2 phần nhỏ gồm từ 8 câu hỏi trở lên với cácdạng câu hỏi sau đây:

a Listen and match;

b Listen and number;

c Listen and tick;

d Listen and complete;

e Listen and select the correct option;

f Listen and give short answers

g Other listening questions

- Nghe hiểu nội dung chính các trao đổi thông tin giữa các bạn cùng tuổi về cácchủ đề được quy định trong phần nội dung.

2.2.2 Phần đọc

Có tối thiểu 2 phần nhỏ gồm từ 8 câu hỏi trở lên có các dạng câu hỏi sau đây:

a Read and match;

b Read and number;

c Read and tick;

d Read and complete;

e Read and select the correct option;

f Read for the main idea;

g Read for specific details;

h Read and summarize;

i Other reading questions

Học sinh cần đạt được:

- Đọc hiểu nội dung chính, nội dung chi tiết các bài đối thoại, độc thoại đơn giản trongkhoảng 80-100 từ về các chủ đề trong chương trình như: gia đình, nhà trường, bạn bè, lễ hội,danh lam thắng cảnh, danh nhân, truyền hình, thể thao,

- Đọc hiểu nội dung chính các thư cá nhân, thông báo, đoạn văn ngắn, đơn giảnthuộc phạm vi chủ đề quen thuộc (có thể có một số từ, cấu trúc mới)

2.2.3 Phần viết

Có tối thiểu 2 phần nhỏ gồm từ 5 câu hỏi trở lên với các dạng câu hỏi sau đây:

a Complete the sentences with a word or a phrase (pictures can be used);

b Arrange the words to make complete sentences;

c Use the provided words or phrases to write complete sentences;

d Arrange sentences to make a complete paragraph;

e Use the provided words or phrases to write a complete paragraph;

f Use the provided words or phrases to write a short passage;

- Viết các thư, bưu thiếp, tin nhắn hoặc ghi chép cá nhân ngắn, đơn giản liên quanđến nhu cầu giao tiếp hàng ngày … trong phạm vi các chủ đề được quy định ở phần nộidung.

2.2.4 Phần nói được đánh giá thông qua kiểm tra thường xuyên và học kỳ:

Có ít nhất 3 phần nhỏ:

a Introduction;

b Interview;

c Free talk;

d Other speaking tasks

Căn cứ thực tiễn, giáo viên thiết kế phần nói cho phù hợp để đánh giá học sinhtheo các tiêu chí sau:

- Phát âm được các âm, trọng âm, ngữ điệu và nhịp điệu trong các câu ngắn vàđơn giản khác nhau

- Nói được các chỉ dẫn ngắn và đơn giản sử dụng trong các hoạt động học tậptrong lớp học

- Hỏi và trả lời ngắn gọn về các chủ đề trong chương trình như: gia đình, nhà trường,bạn bè, lễ hội, danh lam thắng cảnh, danh nhân, truyền hình, thể thao,

- Nói những câu đơn giản, liền ý, có gợi ý về các chủ đề quen thuộc

2 2.5 Phần kiến thức ngôn ngữ kiểm tra năng lực ngôn ngữ của học sinh về ngữ

âm, ngữ pháp, từ vựng, cách sử dụng ngôn ngữ trong ngữ cảnh

Có tối thiểu 2 phần nhỏ gồm từ 8 câu hỏi trở lên với các dạng câu hỏi sau đây:

a Multiple choice questions – MCQs;
