Certified with Advanced Diploma in Hospitality, Stephen has an extensive

working experience in luxury hotels and restaurants After his successful

achievement on the pre-opening period at The Maze by Gordon Ramsay

in 2010, Stephen continued his career as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at

numerous leading hotels in Asia Appointed as the Manager of

La Maison 1888, Stephen certainly embodies the high-end quality we

Once upon a time, there was an imaginary family with its extraordinary characters lived in this colonial French mansion The owners of the house were 3 siblings, 2 brothers and a little sister, who had enjoyed a very fortunate life in this mythical land The eldest brother was an incessant traveler, spending the monies made by the plantation almost as fast as

it was made He travelled the world in the greatest of style as far as Timbuktu The middle son was more practical, and kept the family estate together by managing the monies in a conservative fashion The youngest daughter of the family was somewhat eccentric as she loved to entertain the men of the plantation and beyond, making a bit of money on her own This mansion was where they lived and socialized Though no one can confirm whether the story was true, the fact remains is this beautiful mansion with intriguing themes that was prized by the prestigious Architectural Digest magazine

as one of the top 10 most beautiful new restaurants in the world in 2012
