- Không dùng a/ an khi danh từ ở số nhiều hoặc danh từ không đếm được.

3 Cách dùng a few, fewer, more:

a A few: môt vài, một ít (nhưng đủ)

- dùng kèm với danh từ đếm được số nhiều

b Fewer: là hình thức so sánh hơn của ( few - a few)

- dùng kèm với danh từ đếm được số nhiều

c More: là hình thức so sánh hơn của ( a lot of / many /much)

- dùng kèm với dtừ đếm được hoặc không đếm được

4 Lot, lots, many, any:

a) many /a lot of/ lots of : dùng với danh từ số nhiều và số ít, trong câu khẳng định.

There are a lots of/ lots of students in that school.

There are many students in that school.

c) Any: dùng với danh từ số nhiều và số ít, trong câu nghi vấn
