Trang 7In the integration trend today, English has become an indispensable tool inhuman communication and business activities In Vietnam, English was alsointroduced as a compulsory subject at all educational levels many years ago Thereare a lot of English training institutions established, which means that the demandfor learning English is very large, especially for students of all ages Nowadays,even parents are aware that English is the golden key to a successful future for theirchildren, so they decide to expose their children to English very early
Coming from that need, Benative Vietnam was established to create aprofessional English learning environment for children With more than ten years ofdevelopment, Benative Vietnam has attracted many students and achievedremarkable achievements in the field of English training for young learners Inaddition, the center also cooperates with major partners such as preschools, primaryschools, and junior high schools in the area, building a professional training systemthat has created the reputation of the center
With the permission of the English Faculty of Thuongmai University and theleadership of Benative Vietnam, I had the opportunity to learn and research thecenter in general Through the internship process with the dedicated guidance ofinstructor Do Bich Dao, especially the supervisor and colleagues at the company, Ihad the opportunity to work and accumulate information to summarize theinternship report The report consists of four parts:

Benative Vietnam was established in 2012 under Minh Duc Service andTraining Company Limited Benative Kids English Center, another name ofBenative Vietnam, has grown enormously over the past ten years and now has acomprehensive foreign language education system with five campuses in variousareas of Hanoi
1.1.2 The process of foundation and development of Benative Vietnam
Benative Vietnam is a subsidiary of SOFL language center - Minh DucService and Training Company Limited (SOFL EDUCATION) SOFLEDUCATION, which was founded in 2008, is confident that it is a prestigious andtop-quality center, reaching out to the foreign language training market with threemain languages: Chinese, Korean, and Japanese With unremitting efforts, SOFLEDUCATION was honored to receive the certificate of “perfect service” from thesurvey program “Reliable products, perfect services, preferred brands in 2017”organized by Intellectual Property and Creativity magazine
After a few years, most people were aware of the importance of mastering aforeign language, specifically English, as global integration became an inevitabletrend At that time, the company also caught the wave of drastic changes in

Benative Kids English Center has grown and developed a comprehensiveforeign language education system for children ages four to fourteen Benative isbased on the principle of receiving children's native language and assisting them innaturally familiarizing themselves with and learning English with the ability tolisten, speak, and communicate in the child's first language After ten years ofpursuing the mission of "thinking in English, communicating in English," as well asthe desire to give children strength and broaden their horizons in the future,Benative Vietnam has been fortunate to receive the faith of thousands of parents andobtain a great deal of recognition with the achievements of students However, inthe next 5 years, the company aims to attain a greater achievement, which is to build
a strong Benative Vietnam system operating in many facilities across the country
The long-term goal portrays a mature, innovative, and creative Benative, toprovide a comprehensive education, make English a second language for children,and help children gain access to an English environment as soon as possible.Besides, the company affirms that it will always listen and overcome obstacles inorder to provide a completely foreign language playground for the mentaldevelopment of children

1.1.5 Functions and Roles of Departments in Benative Vietnam
Academic Department:
This is a board specializing in English language teaching for learners fromfour to fourteen years old The department is clearly divided into two main areas ofeducation: preschool and elementary school The main duties of the department are:
- Examining the input and providing students with reasonable course material
- Distributing and organizing classes for learners with five to seven childrenper preschool class and five to fifteen students per elementary class
- Managing and arranging teachers, teaching materials, and the center's lecturequality
- Sending English teachers to the partners such as preschools, primary andsecondary schools to teach

- Keeping track of the center's income and outlays: capital, revenue, costs,liabilities, and fixed assets (tools, tools, raw materials )
- Assisting management in decision-making by appropriately presentingfinancial data and planning based on projections of projected business needs andresource availability Giving comments on the management, direction, oversight,and control of the company's internal financial policies' compliance

HR Department:
The department is on duty managing the center's human resources, whichincludes recruiting new teachers and employees to meet job requirements andmanaging current staff:
- Training new teachers to meet the quality of teaching for students,popularizing knowledge about the center as well as the company's curriculum,products, and services for teachers
- Recruiting and training quality sales and marketing teams to meet thecompany's monthly/yearly targets
- Managing documents, contracts, and administrative procedures of the centre,managing labor protection, policies, and health care workers such as socialinsurance in accordance with the law and the company
- Receiving and responding to feedback from students and parents, as well asproviding student support services as needed
Sales and Marketing Department:
- Researching new English teaching methods to keep up with the trend,reporting it to the Academic department for review, editing, and supplementing tomatch the center's criteria

- Introducing new learners to the company's courses and services, as well asdisseminating the center's modern teaching methods to students and parents ofchildren enrolled at the center
1.1.6 Financial situation of Benative Vietnam

In the past five years, Benative Vietnam has made significant financialprogress, while affirming its position in the education area in general According toinformation gathered from the accounting department, the company's revenue isquite high and has not decreased over the years However, during the difficultperiod with the covid-19 epidemic in 2020-2021, although revenue still increasedslightly, the growth rate decreased significantly compared to 2019-2020 In 2022,when the social distancing directive was rejected, the revenue ratio has increasedsharply to 32,50% compared to 2021 With such impressive numbers, BenativeVietnam is increasingly becoming prestigious and gaining a foothold in theeducation area
1.2 Information about the internship department - Academic Department 1.2.1 The roles of the Academic Department
The Academic Department is responsible for planning the curriculum forfour- to five-year-olds in kindergarten and lesson plans for students from six tofourteen years old at the elementary level Also, English teachers from thedepartment will directly organize these classes Besides, teachers could provideextra-curricular support for weak students to keep up with the class's progress

Trang 15Furthermore, for significant holidays such as Teachers' Day, the OpeningCeremony, Children's Day, and Christmas, the department will organize fantasticgames, activities, and programs for children.
1.2.2 The tasks of the Academic Department
- At the facility where the internship is taking place, the academic department is incharge of teaching English to partners, including five pre-schools, three elementaryschools, and two local middle schools
- Preparing lesson plans and learning materials, creating lecture slides with a number
of specific lessons to support teachers in transmitting knowledge to students
- Building and organizing lesson-related programs, creating some interestingactivities to reinforce students' knowledge
