English is considered an indispensable support tool in human communicationand business activities in the age of globalization and growing technology In recentyears, English has been made a compulsory subject in Vietnam The number ofpeople requesting to use English is extremely high, particularly among recentgraduates It is an undeniable fact that a common language is required forcompanies from all over the world to communicate in the current growing economy.Currently, the field of education in general and English education in particular

in Vietnam is developing strongly, BIEE., JSC requires changes to catch up withmarket trends English is a compulsory second language When sitting on schoolchairs, primary school students started to approach English from grade 1 Not onlythat, many families with good conditions have sent their children to high-qualitykindergartens to get acquainted and learn With the permission of the Faculty ofEnglish, Thuong Mai University, and the Board of Directors of BRISKYINTERNATIONAL ENGLISH EDUCATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, I hadthe opportunity to learn and research more about the Company Through theinternship process with the dedicated guidance of the teacher and the brothers andsisters there, I have accumulated experience and summarized it into this internshipreport

As I mentioned, Brisky is a member of V&G Global Education System Astrategic partnership agreement between Thuongmai University and the V&GGlobal Education System has been inked On May 12, the signing ceremony ofcooperation between English Department - Thuongmai University and V&G GlobalEducation System was successful This is an event that affirms the good and stablerelationship between the two sides

1.1.3 Business field

Brisky English is a reputable unit in the field of English training for childrenfrom 2-15 years old After many years of development, training thousands ofgenerations of young learners Brisky is confident with extremely valuable products

to bring to the community

- Training program: English program under the guidance of the Ministry ofEducation and Training and other English language training programs according tostudents' needs

- Academic English: General English program for all levels from elementaryschool to high school, from preparing for English competitions at the school level ofthe Department of Education to graduation exams, preparing for high school exams

1.1.4 Organizational structure of BIEE., JSC

The center's current staff is 8 people, including 6 officers and people withcollege degrees or above The center's development strategy is decided by the

charge of the center's overall management, and has the highest level of executive

authority General Manager: The person who monitors the daily operations of the

business They meet the strategic goals for their division and teams by settingoperational policies and budgets Supervising employees to perform their taskseffectively throughout the day

Management Board: According to the provisions of Article 123 of the

Enterprise Law No 60/2005/QH11 of the National Assembly of the SocialistRepublic of Viet Nam, dated November 29, 2005, the agency that thoroughlyinspects and oversees all of the commander's operations

Deputy General Manager: Assign the general manager the responsibility of

After more than 4 years of establishment and development, BIEE., JSChas made remarkable progress: growing in terms of both human and financialresources, and increasingly gaining a foothold in the market In addition, according

to information from the accounting department, the company's revenue is alwaysquite high In the 2020-2021 period, under the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic

in general, BIEE., JSC cannot avoid certain difficulties However, the company hasalways demonstrated its position in both domestic markets

The Specialist Department is the company's brain, where content and ideas foreach activity and program are generated The Specialist Department is responsiblefor research and development, as well as disseminating professional knowledge andskills to all company employees Above all, the Specialist Department is the place

to ensure that each student's input and output are of the highest quality while alsocontributing to the company's overall professional direction

The Specialist Department is responsible for some tasks:

- To serve the company's core, be a professional leader in learning andteaching Learn and research the importance of practicing human resource skills andexpanding teachers' professional knowledge

- Training and disseminating knowledge and skills for teachers throughinternal company training sessions; developing and improving major companyprofessional programs

- Planning, event content, and company activity programs; Writing newsarticles, reports, and summarizing event content;
