E-commerce is the trend of the era of globalization, this is a potential field forsmall and medium-sized businesses to profit and grow, an opportunity for thosewho want to start a business under a new model Social distancing and travelrestrictions due to COVID-19 promote the growth of the digital economy,contributing to the development of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce

In Vietnam, the trend of exporting international goods by the online methodhas also increased sharply, along with the number of partners joining to sell goodsincreasing day by day According to Amazon's statistics in 2021, thousands ofVietnamese businesses have exported through Amazon, and the number of smalland medium enterprises in Vietnam exporting goods to international marketsthrough Amazon increased by 15% compared to the same period last year In 2022,Vietnamese sales partners have sold nearly 10 million products on Amazon's onlinestores globally, and the export value of Vietnamese sales partners on Amazon hasincreased by more than 45% By helping SMEs overcome geographical barriers toenter new markets and reach global customers, cross-border e-commerce is growingstronger and stronger, becoming a “new trend” of traditional e-commerce

Taking that opportunity, Cavalo Vietnam Company Limited was set up tocreate an environment for the young generation to work with both domestic andinternational partners Over 3 years of establishment and development, CavaloVietnam Company has continuously made efforts and achieved many achievements

in the field of selling

With the permission of the English Department, Thuong Mai University, andthe Management Board of Cavalo Vietnam Company Limited, I had the opportunity

to learn and research more about the company Through the internship process withthe enthusiastic guidance of the teacher and the staff in the company, I haveaccumulated experience/ information and summarized this internship report

The company was established by Mr Nguyen Duc Dung, officially operating

on June 9th, 2019, CAVALO VIETNAM is a limited company Through the initialtime of building the organizational structure system many initial difficulties wereput into operation from 2019 until now, and the company has continued to stabilizeand develop The company has five main online stores in many different e-commerce platforms such as Teechip - online platforms that allow designers andbusinesses to sell self-designed products such as t-shirts, souvenir mugs, and phonecases, etc With modern production methods, professional skilled staff, and good

relationships with many production and delivery partners, CAVALO VIETNAMalways provides customers with good quality products at competitive prices, goodservice, and on-time delivery.

From 2020-2021, the company has grown rapidly In 2020, the company hasresearched and planned to scale up its cross-platform business By 2021, thecompany has successfully opened 2 more online stores on Amazon and has obtainedcertain results, opening a new direction for the business

Currently, the company focuses on selling key products such as T-shirts,souvenir mugs, and canvas paintings in markets such as Canada, Mexico, andmainly the United States

The partners providing products and delivery services of CAVALOVIETNAM are mainly businesses from the US and Vietnam In addition, thecompany is continuing to seek and research partners from China to optimizeproduction and transportation costs, thereby increasing profits

1.1.3 Services of CAVALO VIETNAM

CAVALO VIETNAM is currently trading POD products on two mainplatforms, Teechip and Amazon POD (Print On Demand) is an e-commerce modelthat allows the sale of personalized products by printing custom designs such asclothes, mugs, bags, etc

 Stores on Teechip online sales platform: The company has 5 online storesbased on the Teechip platform This is a reputable Print on demand platform inVietnam that allows content creators to put their unique designs on any product theplatform provides such as t-shirts, mugs, floor mats, stickers, etc It also supportsthe seller in the production and delivery process Sellers only need to upload theirdesigns and receive a percentage of the commission when a customer places anorder The company's designs are divided into product niches, each store will focus

on selling its own product niche as below:

 Cavalo Designs: Valentine’s Day gift collection, Dog lover gift collection,Cat lover gift collection, and Gift for Mother collection

shopping behavior, capturing the general trends of the e-commerce industry,Amazon and POD channels in the United States and European markets Createproduct ideas based on research results in line with product trends and orientationsfrom time to time, and coordinate with the design team to realize products Inaddition, the department is responsible for building advertising campaigns to bringproducts closer to potential customers

+ Idea Department: Researching and understanding POD market trends to

come up with unique and creative ideas for products Collaborating with the Designteam to realize ideas Besides, the Idea Department is accountable for searching fornew products, potential products, and listing products daily

+ Design Department: Designing print-on-demand products based on the

Ideas team's existing ideas or self-created ideas for the United States and European markets

+ Marketing Department: Develop and implement advertising plans for

Amazon is the king platform in the field of online retail in the world today.Therefore, the amazon project department plays a very important role in helping thecompany to explode in revenue with a huge number of customers, giving CAVALOVIETNAM the opportunity to quickly expand and develop its business
