By the end of this lesson, students will be able to…

A Warm up: 5 minutes

a Objectives: to brainstorm the topic and review some phrases

b Content: environmental activities

c Expected outcomes: Ss can remember some phrases and think about the topic

d Organization

Task 1: Listen and repeat Which of these

activities can we do to save energy? save

forests? reduce air pollution? protect

wildlife? reduce rubbish?

- Ask Ss to look at the pictures

- Play the recording, using IWB (if any) with

pauses for Ss to repeat chorally and/or

individually

- Check Ss’ pronunciation and intonation

- Explain the task and give Ss time to complete

it

- Check Ss’ answers

on the protection of wilderness and wildlife.
