A- KHÁI QUÁT ĐIỂM MẠNH YẾU CỦA BỘ MÔN:

1/ Điểm mạnh:

- Các em học sinh được tiếp xúc với Tiếng Anh nên rất hứng thú ,chăm chỉ và tích cực học tập

- Nội dung bài học gần gủi với học sinh , có nhiều hình ảnh minh hoạ lôi cuốn được học sinh vào bài học

- Đa phần các em học sinh có thái độ học tập tích cực, say mê

- Được sự quan tâm của lảnh đạo các cấp, các nghành , và gia đình phụ huynh học sinh

- Điều kiện cơ sở vật chất nhà trường khá đảm bảo , phục vụ tốt cho công tác dạy và học

2/ Điểm yếu:

- Học sinh chưa làm quen được cách học của một ngôn ngữ mới

- Một số em học sinh có hoàn cảnh gia đình khó khăn nên phải dành thời gian để giúp đở gia đình nên có ít thời gian cho việc học

- Còn thiếu tranh ảnh đồ dùng trực quan phục vụ cho công tác dạy và học

D- NHỮNG BIỆN PHÁP LỚN

- Yêu cầu học sinh xem trước bài học trước khi đến lớp, khuyến khích các em mạnh dạn đặt câu hỏi đối với giáo viên với những vấn đề các em chưa hiểu, giúp học sinh nhớ bài tại lớp, nhắc nhở học sinh về nhà ôn lại từ, cấu trúc đã học trên lớp và đặt câu với ngôn ngữ đó

- Thường xuyên sử dụng headphone để giúp học sinh nâng cao kĩ năng nghe, thiết kế bài giảng điện tử, ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào các tiết học, sử dụng tranh ảnh giúp học sinh nhớ bài tốt

- Thường xuyên sử dụng phần mềm của giáo trình Tiếng Anh, cho các em nghe các bài hát, câu chuyện giúp các em hứng thú hơn trong học tập Tổ chức sử dụng các chương trình như violet, online để dạy học Tiếng Anh

- Kiểm tra bằng các hình thức viết, nói trực tiếp để giúp học sinh phát triển cả bốn kĩ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết
