II Đặc điểm tình hình:
1 Tư tưởng đạo đức:
- Có tư tưởng đạo đức trong sáng, nhận thức đúng đắn, tin tưởng vào đường lối chính sách của Đảng, pháp luật của nhà nước, không vi phạm đạo đức nhà giáo
- Có quan hệ đúng mực với đồng nghiệp, với quần chúng nhân dân và với học sinh, luôn được mọi người yêu quý và tín nhiệm
2 Chuyên môn nghiệp vụ:
- Luôn tin tưởng và chấp hành tốt mọi quy chế của ngành và những quy định của cơ quan
- Chấp hành nghiêm túc quy chế chuyên môn về soạn, giảng , chấm chữa bài và đánh giá học sinh
- Luôn có ý thức tự học hỏi để trau dồi kiến thức về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ bằng nhiều hình thức như dự giờ đồng nghiệp, tích lũy kiến thức thường xuyên, tự học qua các kênh hình trên các phương tiện truyền thông
3 Nhiệm vụ được giao: Năm học 2013 - 2014 tôi được giao những nhiệm vụ cơ bản sau:
+ Giảng dạy Tiếng Anh khối 9 (gồm các lớp: 9A1, 9A2, 9B, 9C, 9D)
+ Bồi dưỡng Đội tuyển học sinh giỏi Tiếng Anh 9
+ Bồi dưỡng Đội tuyển thi Tiếng Anh lớp 9 tham gia thi IOE trên mạng Internet
Qua thực tế thực hiện nhiệm vụ, tôi nhận thấy có những thuận lợi và khó khăn sau:
a Thuận lợi:
* Giáo viên:
- Đã dạy khối 8 nhiều năm
Trang 2- Vững vàng về kiến thức bộ môn và khả năng sư phạm.
- Nắm vững tâm lí, trình độ và khả năng của học sinh
- Được phụ huynh học sinh và học sinh tín nhiệm, tin tưởng
* Học sinh:
- Đã học tiếng Anh được khoảng hơn 3 năm, các em quen với phương pháp học đặc trưng của bộ môn
- Nhiều học sinh có hứng thú với môn Tiếng Anh
- Đa số các em ngoan ngoãn và có ý thức học tốt
* Cơ sở vật chất:
- Có đầy đủ sách giáo khoa, các phương tiện, giáo cụ trực quan phục vụ cho việc dạy và học
b Khó khăn:
* Giáo viên:
- Vẫn còn phải tự làm những giáo cụ trực quan vì chưa có đầy đủ cho tất cả các bài
* Học sinh:
- Một bộ phận học sinh ý thức học tập chưa cao, còn ỷ lại, dựa dẫm vào sách giải
- Nhiều phụ huynh chưa thực sự quan tâm đến việc học tập của con em mình
* Cơ sở vật chất:
- Chưa có phòng chức năng
- Nguồn điện chưa thật ổn định nên những tiết dạy phần Listen có thể bị ảnh hưởng, các tiết học có thể bị xáo trộn
III Đăng ký thi đua:
+ Cá nhân:
- Chiến sĩ thi đua cấp cơ sở
- Đội tuyển học sinh giỏi xếp thứ 3 -> 1 của huyện
- Đội tuyển IOE xếp thứ 3 -> 1 của huyện có 1 -> 2 học sinh tham gia vòng tỉnh và quốc gia

I Nhiệm vụ chung của bộ môn:
Trang 41 Kiến thức:
- Giúp học sinh kỹ năng giao tiếp, biết vận dụng kiến thức vào tình huống cụ thể
- Cung cấp những dữ liệu cần thiết, ngữ âm, ngữ pháp và từ vựng của tiếng Anh cơ bản
- Cung cấp các thông tin cho học sinh theo từng chủ điểm của đơn vị bài học
2 Kỹ năng cơ bản:
- Quá trình học tiếng Anh được thông qua trình tự nghe - nói - đọc - viết, là quá trình hình thành và rèn luyện các
kỹ năng trên cơ sở giao tiếp có mục đích giữa thày và trò
+ Nghe: Nghe hiểu được nội dung chính các đoạn độc thoại hoặc hội thoại đơn giản về các nội dùng chủ điểm đã
học trong chương trình với tốc độ vừa phải có độ dài khoảng 100 –> 120 từ
+ Nói: Hỏi đáp hoặc trao đổi về thông tin cá nhân đơn giản, các hoạt động học tập, vui chơi, giải trí hằng ngày.
Thực hiện một số chức năng giao tiếp cơ bản: thông báo, trình bày, diễn đạt lời đề nghị, chấp nhận hoặc từ chối đề nghị, diễn đạt lời hứa
+ Đọc: Đọc hiểu được nội dùng các đoạn độc thoại hoặc hội thoại đơn giản với độ dài khoảng 120 –> 150 từ
xoay quanh các chủ điểm có trong chương trình
+ Viết: Viết được một đoạn có độ dài 80 - 100 từ gồm một số câu đơn giản về nội dùng có liên quan đến các chủ
điểm đã học hoặc viết có hướng dẫn để phục vụ các nhu cầu giao tiếp đơn giản như viết thư cám ơn, viết lời mời…
- Tích cực sử dụng các giáo cụ trực quan để thiết lập các tình huống giao tiếp
Tạo điều kiện cho học sinh nâng cao trình độ thông qua mở rộng ngôn ngữ
3 Giáo dục: Bộ môn Tiếng Anh lớp 8 giúp cho học sinh:
- Nắm được kiến thức cơ bản và tương đối hệ thống về tiếng Anh thực hành hiện đại, phù hợp với lứa tuổi
- Có những kĩ năng cơ bản sử dụng tiếng Anh như một công cụ, phương tiện giao tiếp đơn giản dưới dạng: Nghe
- Nói - Đọc - Viết
- Có sự hiểu biết khái quát về đất nước, con người và những nét văn hóa của một số nước sử dụng tiếng Anh
- Hình thành các kĩ năng học tiếng và phát triển tư duy cá nhân và nâng cao khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc theo cặp hoặc nhóm
II Biện pháp thực hiện:

- Nắm vững nội dung, phương pháp

- Rèn luyện thường xuyên các kỹ năng, chú ý rèn luyện kỹ năng nói cho học sinh, tránh cho học sinh nói ngọng gây hiểu lầm không đáng có trong giao tiếp
- Thường xuyên nghe băng đài để nâng cao trình độ phát âm chuẩn của người bản ngữ
2 Học sinh:
- Xác định rõ động cơ của việc học tiếng Anh
- Xây dựng nề nếp, phương pháp học tập bộ môn tiếng Anh
- Có đủ sách giáo khoa, sách bài tập, sách nâng cao
- Rèn luyện thường xuyên các kỹ năng : Nghe - Nói - Đọc - Viết
- Tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động học tập và rèn luyện trên lớp
- Biết sử dụng sách tham khảo đúng cách, có hiệu quả
- Chú ý phát âm chuẩn
