-T asks Ss to give a picture about school and asks Ss

II.Today’s lesson.(35m)

1.Before you read(10m)

-T introduces the topic of the lesson: Today we

study the topic about school and related problems

-T asks the whole class to open their books and

discuss the question : When you meet your friend,

which topics do you often talk about?

-T writes the new words on the board and asks Ss to

make sentences with these words to make sure they

understand their meanings

- T calls some Ss to talk about the topics they enjoy

To day we are going to read three talks given by a

teacher, a student and a father’s student about

school.

T asks Ss to read the passages individually and fill

each blank with one of the words in the box.There

are more words than the blanks

partner

TASK 2 :Rearranging Sentences

-Tasks Ss to work in pairs to rearrange the sentences

to make an apprpriate conversation

Let them have 3 minutes , then calls on some pairs

to practise the conversation in front of class

-Comment on Ss’s performance and give feedback

TASK 3: Conversation Completion

-T asks Ss to keep on work in pairs : Complete the

conversation with suitable words, phrases or

sentences in the box

-Calls on some pairs to practise the completed

conversation in front of the class

TASK 4 :Work in pairs :Make small talks on the

following topics, using the starting and ending of a

conversation

- T divides the whole class into 4 groups and each

group choose one of the topics and discuss

- Then 2 representatives will practise their
