- Skills: listening and speaking

- Attitude: Students pay their attentions to practise intonation of sentences

A Warm up and Review (5’): Jumbled

letters

-Ask Ss to close the book and run through

the letters

- Divide class into 2 teams

- Let Ss to go to the bb and rewrite the

meaningful letters

- Check and correct mistakes

1.Listen and repeat(10’):

- Ask about the stress words

- Write and introduce the words

- Produce the sounds in a few times Ask

Ss to repeat in a few times

- Teach these words in the sentence

- Play CD and ask to repeat 2 times

- Call a model student

- Give time for group work to do and

practice

going to chant

- Plays the recording for Ss to get

familiarized with the pronunciation the

stress, the rhythm and the intonation of the

chant

- Plays the recording and asks Ss to repeat

- Plays the recording once more for Ss to

repeat whole the chant

- Calls some Ss to read the chant in front

of class

- Put up the numbers and run through

- Divide class into 2 groups

- Ask Ss to choose number and will see a
