Being recommended and allowed by English Department – Thuongmai University,
I have experienced as an intern in company office of PANDA GLOBALLOGISTICS LIMITED COMPANY – HANOI BRANCH After one month (from03/09/2019 to 30/09/2019), under the helpful support and instruction of managersand colleges in the company, I was able to apply the knowledge obtained atuniversity into practice, meanwhile collecting basic information and analyzingcompany’s business results to complete my internship report, including three parts:

With the help of the colleages in PANDA so I have learned a lot of knowledge and
experiences
Trang 14During the internship process at PANDA, I was an intern at Sale Department This
is an opportunity for me to experience the real working environment Specifically, Iwas responsible for following task:
- Cleaning tables and arranging documents
- Observing, learning how to work of others colleages
* Week 2:
- Be managed and handled documents, contracts, corporate documents
- Learned how to remember all projects of company
- Translating some documents about international partners
- Receiving fax
- Compose documents, intenal administrative documents and send to customers
* Week 3:
- Translating reports of projects
- Attending meeting of Sale Department
- Report regularly on strategic situation to the head of Sale Department
- Maintain records, documents, important documents
* Week 4:
Trang 15- Typing documents of projects
- Support foreign guests when coming to work with the company
- Write review about PNA both English and Vietnamese
Job requirement:
- Being proficient in 4 English skills
- Having a great sense of responsibility, agility, good communication, carefulness
- Having strong desire to develop values and willing to help others grow
- Being a responsible, active and positive employee

2.2 Difficulties and experienced lessons
By completing all the assignments that I had been given, I had learned a lot ofprofessional useful skills and lessons Within one month of internship, although trying
my best to get the highest achievements as possible as I could, I still got some difficulties.Besides, I had received useful experienced lessons for the future jobs:
2.2 Difficulties
a) Lack of specialized vocabulary related technical equipment:
One of the biggest difficulties in this internship was the lack of specializedvocabulary related technical equipment As the main and successful sector of thecompany is trading compressor, filter with its accessory, the company requires a lot ofknowledge related this field The usage of these specialized words is frequently everydepartment in the company, and it is even harder for me to use by English As a result,
my assignments were getting more difficult Therefore, I had tried so hard, with the
Trang 16assistance of the manager and other staff I improved my specialized vocabulary It wasprobably the most difficult time for me in this internship.
b) Not having much translation and interpreting experience to not make mistakes
In spite of having precise knowledge about translation and interpreting at university,
I still got not much actual experience about these works Furthermore, it was hard for me
to not make mistakes, especially in the first time I completed the assignments There wereunpredictable situation that I could not solve with lack of experience and vocabulary.Thanks to the internship course, I had more opportunities to practice and improve theseskills through the course
c) Not understanding deeply the operation of this company
As my internship department was the Sale department, all my assignment just onlyfocused on the business operations of the department Although there were still eventsand meetings of the whole company to connect different departments and to let themunderstand each other’s operations, but I was not enough for me deeply understand theoperation in the short time of the internship I was not confident to talk with foreignguests when they ask me about it
is improved so much, I learned a lot of vocabulary, information in projects
- The internship course makes me feel more confident and patient
- I learned how to write formally in writing English documents about projects
- Furthermore, I was practiced in business department so I had the opportunity toimprove English exchange with international partner
