The MP multidirectional system is the modern solution that reflects in an industrialized way all the

flexibility of tube and joint scaffolding

The special washer welded to the vertical uprights has 4-ways for the orthogonal fastening of stringers and

diagonals and other 4-ways slotted that allow the fastening with changeable angle to cover almost 360°

In addition to its extreme flexibility, the type of hooking with a wedge and washer is very fast and

shortens considerably the assembly and disassembly operations

The MP multidirectional scaffolding is the Pilosio’s system with most flexibility and highest

possibilities of use even in complex situations thanks to the characteristics of quick assembly, great

modularity, extreme adaptability and high load capacity

With the MP multidirectional scaffolding it is possible to create also mobile towers with swiveling wheels for special maintenance and restoration.

Even in particular cases such as, for example, maintenance of the lateral and lower parts of bridges and viaducts, when it is not possible to build the scaffolding from the bottom for the presence

of water or for a too high altitude, a sliding tower is used to lower down the MP multidirectional scaffolding with related work floors

to reach the sections where to operate.

and for maintenance

The scaffolding can be equipped with swiveling wheels

The use of brackets allows working safely close to the hull of the ship

MP LOADING AREA

Specific unloading scaffoldings with floors staggered, carried out by using MP multidirectional

system are used to supply the various floors of a building with construction and finishing

materials and various equipment

They are structured so that the load lifted by a crane is placed on the unloading area at the

level of the desired floor and then moved inward the building It is essential to ensure that the

displacement of areas is performed so that the crane can place the load without obstacle

The majority of areas have a size of 2.50x2.50 m with an operating load up to 5 kN/m2

For special needs, unloading scaffoldings can be carried out with a different number of areas,

measures and capacities

MP SERvICE STAIRS

To secure easily and safely climbing at a height, instead of using a trapdoor with rung ladders available only to workers, the comfortable external service stairs manufactured with MP scaffolding with aluminium climbing stairs are used

The advantage is to make accessible the high altitude climbing at a height or accessing excavations both for transportation of material and small equipment and for site inspections

by personnel not involved in the work These stairs can be directly anchored from the scaffolding to the building, but they are an independent element

The standard sizes are 250x250 cm, top view, with modular height of 200 cm that perfectly combines with the landing of all existing scaffolding models on the market both multidirectional and with prefabricated frames

A simpler solution is to build a climbing stair leaning

against the façade scaffolding that uses the scaffolding

floor as a landing (Fig 1)

A service stair sized 300x550 cm and spacing of

200 cm and landings of 150x150 cm is the perfect

solution to access the site by personnel with bulky

equipment and and safety personnel for passage of

a possible stretcher (Fig 2)

With the MP system it is possible to build also stairs

open to the public for the civil sector (entertainment,

sporting events, various events) that comply with the

safety standards of the sector (Fig 3)
