A SPORTS

I OBJECTIVES :

Students learn how to describe sporting activities

II LANGUAGE CONTENTS :

* Grammar : Adverbs and adjectives

* Vocabulary :

* Noun : baseball , skateboarding , roller – skating

* Adjectives : Slam ,dunked , popular , skill full , safe

III TECHNIQUES :

* Role play

* Questions and answers

IV TEACHING AIDS :

VI PROCEDURES :

Warm up * Introduces the topic

* Asks students with sports are their favorite

ones and in their free time which one they often play

* Let them look at the pictures indicating sports

Asks whether some of then play any the sports

in the pictures

* Tell them the content of the reading they are

going to listen and read

* Students listen to the teacher carefully before

listening and reading

* Name 10 sports which are the most popular

that the young in American love to play

* Students try to remember as many sports as

possible , then retell them Skill
