* Warm up:

I have lived here for five years and during this time I

have used most of the services of Thanh Ba post office

Now I am writing to show you my opinions of these

services The staff here are very helpful and polite They

are willing to help when we need The prices of the

services here are quite reasonable, so most people in

our neighborhood use the services here However, there

are still some matters The equipment in the post office

needs upgrading Sometimes I needed to fax an urgent

document but it was impossible because the fax machine

was out of order Moreover, the delivery of newspapers

is never punctual One more thing I want to mention is

that the security conditions of the post office are not

very good There used to be property loss here.

I am writing in the hope that these matters will be

improved If so, I believe more and more people will go
