o FXO (Foreign Exchange Office): kết nối tới các tổng đài nội bộ

o FXS(Foreign Exchange Station): chỉ sử dụng cho điện thoại bàn analog

o E&M (Ear & Mouth): đường E1 hoặc T1

o RouterVoiceGateway(config)#Show voice port để ->xem cấu hình port

- H323, Media Gateway Control Protocol, Session Initiation Protocol (chuẩn mở-phần

mềm mã nguồn mở sẽ nhận chuẩn giao tiếp này): Định dạng chuẩn giao tiếp

- Thiết bị để xây dựng VoIP:

o Server : đóng vai trò Call managerment (Tổng đài IP) nghĩa máy máy nhánh sẽ nhận thông tin từ server đó

o Voice Gateway: để chuyển đổi các cuộc gọi IP thành cuộc gọi trên PSTN

o Khác nhau giữa Gateway & Gatekeeper:

 Gateway: thiết bị định tuyến để giao tiếp giữa các mạng có kiểu chuyển

mạch khác nhau

 Gatekeeper: thiết bị định tuyến để giao tiếp giữa các mạng cùng kiểu

chuyển mạnh

- Cách cấu hình:

o Khai báo trên thi ết bị Cisco IP Phone 7490 series: Chọn biểu tượng menu
