INTRODUCTION OF HOW TO ENGLISH 8

Period 1 OBJECTIVES:

By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to know how to

+ learn English in general and learn English 8 in particular

+ practice with a patner

Ss: Discuss in groups then speak out their ideas

I WARM UP * Telephone transmitting:

T divides the class into two teams and chooses six volunteers in each team and asks them to stand in two lines

T shows a telephone number to the first student in two lines He/ she whispers the telephone number to the next in his/her line

The second whispers to the third until the last one The last student has to count the number and if it's the number that the teacher shows, the team wins the game
