THIS AGREEMENT made the day of 28 February 2 1 between Ministry of

Transport, My Thuan Project Management Unit (hereinafter called "the Employer"), of

the one part, and Transport Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

(hereinafter called "the Contractor"), of the other part

WHEREAS the Employer desires that the Works known as Package CW 7/3

Construction of new Road and Bridges between Nga Bac and Ca Mau from

Km190+800 to Km198+300 - Southern Coastal Corridor Project GMS should be ; :~ : , :@} : I } \ executed by the Contractor, and has accepted a Bid by the Contractor for the execution, (0 / -

part of this Agreement This Agreement shall prevail o er all other Contract documents

The Letter of Acceptance;

Minute of Contract Negotiation;

Bill of Quantities; The Letter of Technical Bid;

The Letter of Price Bid;

The Particular Conditions;

The General Conditions;

The completed Schedules;

The Specification; and Drawings

indicated m this Agreement, the Contractor hereby covenants with the Employer

to execute the Works and to remedy defects therein in conformity in al respects

with the provisions of the Contract

execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of defects therein, the

Contract Price or such other sum as may become payable under the provisions of the Contract at the times and inthe manner prescribed by the Contract

In Witness whereof the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in

a cordance with the laws of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on

the day, month and year indicated above

This Contract is made into 14 copies with the same legal ef ect, where:
