2 Bul et type connectors
2.1 The d imensions of bul et ty pe con ector which
are retained on electrical lead s b soldering shal be
as shown in Fig ure 1
2.2 The d imensions of bul et ty pe con ector which
are retained on electrical lead s b c imping shal be
as shown in Fig ure 2
2.3 Bulet ty pe con ector shal be man factured
f om bras , after which they shal be coated with tin,

7 Cor osion
W hen an as embly consisting of bulet ty pe
connector inserted into each end of a tube ty pe
con ector without an insulating sle v e is subjected
to the salt spra test d es ribed in BS5 6 -1, for
two24h periods, each folowed b 1 h of dry ing at
ro m temperature, the as embly shal, upon
completion, me t the requirements of clause6
