EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The entry-level position report is, to summarize, a rundown and appraisal about the organization and the temporary job understanding through the information, aptitude, and capabilities picked up during the difficult work in Bong Ro Sai Gon Company (Saigon Heat group)

Most importantly, on account of the course of the Marketing course which the school gives to

me, I chose to involvement with the Marketing field to increase such a handy and more profound understandings of this This course assumes a job as the establishment of information and a few abilities for me to get ready and perform very well at work

Furthermore, I couldn't imagine anything better than to make reference to AIESEC, a great stage for me to adapt so pragmatic experience just as give me a solid information base that the learning-by-doing technique appeared In this way, I have enough information and the ability to draw in and challenge more in each extent of work that the activity requires I went through two years right now a comprehend further in the promoting procedure and I see progressively about how business work In addition, the quick improvement structure in AIESEC causes me to become quicker than at any other time

Bong Ro Sai gon Company was built up in 2011 We are the primary expert b-ball group built

up in Vietnam Saigon Heat is for the benefit of Vietnam to take an interest in ABL (ASEAN BASKETBALL LEAGUE) with noteworthy records in the previous scarcely any years Besides, with the significantly balanced squad, our team is always in the among of strongest team and strive for the title And we won VBA (Vietnam Basketball Association) for the first time in 2019 and determined to protect the title this year

5 Products line and service

a Product line:

Mechandise is one of benefical products in the company After the fans come to the stadium to watch the team play And that’s the best opportunity to engage with the fans and attract them to buy merchandise Besides, we also organize small games in front of the stadium to interact with fans to get testimonials (photos, videos, etc) as well as deliver benefits for sponsors For example, like we distribute vouchers of Gong Cha – one of our sponsors to enhance their images in the minds of fans

b Services:

We have the basketball team that participate in 2 leagues VBA and ABL

 Paying sponsors benefits – taking picture with sponsors’ products, taking picture with fans, etc

ii Internship activities:

1 Remarkable internship activities:

• Support Marketing group with Merchandise exercises, for example, structuring posts just as creating thoughts for new items which group has not had For instance, Saigon Heat group right now just has Jersey, Bottle of water, Ball-top and Snapback, so as to improve the money related circumstance, our group must jump-start out new items that are in vogue and address the issues of clients

•Prepare ideas for Social Networking posts on Facebook and Instagram

• Support other departments ‘activities related to Marketing and Designing

2 The main activities of Marketing & Merchandise department

The long-term needs: Marketing department has a fixed plan about timeline and goodwill branding plan to find the suitable in time Usually, we always post one – two posts about the team everyday or when the match is going to happen, we will design post to announce

to fans as well as attract other people who haven’t known about us Furthermore, we try

to sell as much merchandise as possible not only for the profits but also to promote the brand

The Marketing department will consider the request through many criteria:

 The input from head department collected by Marketing Manager

 The current situation of partners overall – whether we have to deliver benefits right now or we can wait later

The final decision of new recruitment will be responsible for Marketing Manager
