4 MENU Button:

z Press this button to enter/select the icon (function) highlighted while

the OSD is activated

5.+► Button:

z Press this button to increase the value of the function selected or move right/down to the next function

z This is also a hotkey for Brightness adjustment

6 Power button/power indicator

z Press this button to turn the monitor on/off

1 Precaution

Please read the precautions as follows to prevent any damages to the LCD Monitor and also select the appropriate tools for disassembly and re-assembly

‹ Make sure all power connection is removed Be sure that the LCD Monitor

is in power off status

‹ Prepare soft cloth and sponge as working platform to place LCD monitor horizontally

‹ Hold LCD by the side carefully and DON’T touch or press panel directly

‹ Remove all rings, watches and any other metal objects from your hands which possible to cause scratch

‹ Always wear a ground strap or anti-static glove to protect the parts from static discharge ESD (electro-static discharge) protection is required to guarantee the safety of product and personnel

2 Press the latch to dismount VESA COVER

3 Following the steps, open all latches at four sides of BEZEL, and then take away Back Cover

Shielding

1 Remove 6 screws on the MAIN SHIELDING

2 Pull down to remove MAIN SHIELDING

Cables

1 Unplug AUDIO CABLE

2 Disconnect POWER CABLE with MAIN BOARD

1 Release 2 screws on AUDIO BOARD to dismount

2 Remove 5 screws on MAIN BOARD

3 Remove 4 screws on VGA PORT and DVI PORT

7 Remove 5 screws on POWER BOARD

8 Remove POWER BOARD

3.3 Panel Subsystem

1 Remove 2 screws on I/O BRACKET, and then pull down to dismount it

2 Remove 3 pieces of TAPE

3 Release 2 screws on PANEL FRAME

4 Separate LCD PANEL form BEZEL

3.4 Bezel Subsystem

1 Remove 1 TAPE on KEY BOARD

2 Release 2 screws on KEY BOARD

4 Remove 4 screws on SPEAKERS to dismount them form BEZEL

The assembly procedure consists of the following steps:

3 Mount KEY BOARD on BEZEL, and then tighten 2 screws on it

4 Paste 1 TAPE

5 Paste 3 pieces of TAPE

6 Assemble I/O BRACKET, and then tighten 2 screws on it

4 Connect LVDS CABLE with MAIN BOARD

8 Mount AUDIO BOARD, and then secure 2 screws on it

3 Secure 3 screws on the BACK COVER
