practice writing a letter to a friend

1/ Warm-up: (7’) Matching
- Cut the letter into 4 parts and have Ss match
into the correct letter
- Lead to the lesson
- Play “matching game “ with the parts
of the letter
- Listen
2/ Pre-writing: (13’)
- Introduce the form of the letter
I A form of a letter :
o Heading – Writer’s address and the date
o Opening – Dear ,
o Body of the letter
o Closing – Your friend/ Regard / Love,
- Ask Ss to read aloud the leter
- Teach some vocabulary
