1.Thì hiện tại đơn:

a/ Động từ tobe:( am, is, are ).

b/ Động từ thường:

2 Present progressive tense.

S + V be + V-ing + O

- I + am + V-ing + ………

- She/ He/ It/ Tên riêng 1 người + is + V-ing + ………

- They/ We/ You/ Tên riêng 2 người + are + V- ing + …………

* Cách dùng : Diễn tả 1 hành động đang xảy ra vào lúc nói, thường dùng với :

now, at the moment, at present

Ex: She is riding a bike at the moment.

I am doing my homework now.

3 Thì tương lai gần: “ Be going to + V1 ”: sắp, sẽ, dự định

- S + be (am/is/are) going to + V 1

- Wh_ questions + be (am/is/are) + S + going to + V 1 ?

Ví dụ: I am going to go to the movies on the weekend.

* Cách dùng: Nói lên dự định, một kế hoạch, hay một hành động sắp xảy ra

trong tương lai gần nhất

* Các trạng từ đi kèm: Tonight, tomorrow, on the weekend, next week, on

Sunday,…

4 Trạng từ tần suất: Always, usually, often, sometimes, never.

* Cách dùng: Diễn đạt mức độ đều đặn hoặc thường xuyên của hành động.

* Vị trí trong câu: Đứng trước động từ thường (play, listen, go, watch,…… ) và

đứng sau động từ to be ( am/is/are)

Ví dụ: I often go fishing in the spring.

It is usually cold in the winter.

5 Đưa ra lời đề nghị, gợi ý:

Để đưa ra lời đề nghị hay một lời gợi ý, ta dùng 1 trong 3 cấu trúc sau:

a Dùng câu mệnh lệnh “ Let’s….” ( chúng ta hãy… )

Let’s = Let us

Let’s + V1 ………

Ví dụ: Let’s listen to music.

b Dùng câu hỏi với “ What about …… ?” ( … Thì sao?/ nhé?)

What about + V_ing… ?

Ví dụ: What about listening to music?.

c Dùng câu hỏi với “ Why don’t we… ?” ( tại sao không… ?)

Why don’t we + V1 ……… ?

Ví dụ: Why don’t we listen to music?

6 Câu hỏi “ How often ……….?” ( bao lâu/ có thường không): hỏi mức độ

thường xuyên của hành động

Ví dụ: How often do you play badminton?

- I never play badminton

7 Câu hỏi “ What colors…… ?” ( màu gì): hỏi về màu sắc.

Ví dụ: What colors is your hair? – It’s black.

8 Câu hỏi “ Which sports …… ?” ( thể thao nào): hỏi về hoạt động thể thao.

Ví dụ: Which sports do you play? - I skip.

9 Câu hỏi “ What weather … ?/ What is the weather like….?”: hỏi về thời tiết.

Ví dụ: What weather do you like? - I like cold weather.

10 Câu hỏi “ How much is it?” ( giá bao nhiêu): hỏi về giá tiền

Ví dụ: How much is a glass of orange juice? - It is 3,000 dong.

11 Câu hỏi “ How many…/How much… + do/does+ S+V?” ( bao nhiêu): hỏi

về số lượng

- How many + danh từ đếm được số nhiều ( eggs, oranges, apples,…)

- How much + danh từ không đếm được ( water, rice, meat, coffee,…)

Ví dụ: How many eggs do you want? - I want a dozen eggs.

1/ Where are/is + you/she/Lan+ from?( Bạn đến từ đâu?)

I am from + tên quốc gia.

2/ Which language do/does + you/she/Lan + speak?

I/She + speak/speaks + tên ngôn ngữ.

3/ So sánh hơn/ so sánh nhất

Adj + er: hơn:

Ex: smaller - a small house - a smaller house

The + Adj + est : lớn nhất:
