UNIT 14: WONDERS OF THE WORLD.

Lesson 1: Getting started – Listen and read.

I Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1 Knowledge: be familiar with vocabulary about service places and sport

activities in public; practice ask and provide information about a living area

2 Skills: develop communicative skills.

3 Attitude: love their countryside more.

II Language contents:

1.Vocabulary:Relatives (n); permanently (adv); facility (n) =>medical

facilities; accessible (adj); definitely (adv); (to) change for the better

2 Grammar:Present progressive tense to talk about the change.
