I Objectives

By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to ask and answer questions about

where a school is,using the structure “Where is + school name? - It’s in + N(place)”

Develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for students

Education students love their school and protect enviroment

II Language focus

Vocabulary: street, map, village.

Sentence pattern: Where is + school name? - It’s in + N(place).

V Procedures

Teacher's activities

1.Warm up.(3ms)

- Asks ss to say their school name and

address

- Monitor the activity and offer help when

necessary

2 Look, listen and repeat (8ms)

* Set the sence

- Asks ss to look at the book and answer the

questions

+ Who are they in the picture?

+ What are they talking about?

- Give feed back and correct mistakes

- T tells ss that: “ They are going to listen to

the tape and repeat the dialouge between

Nam, Miss Hien and Akio”

- Let ss listen and repeat each line after the

parts

- Check to make sure ss can repeat and

understand the dialouge

- Asks some ss to go to the board to

introduce about their school

- Monitor the activity and offer help when

necessary

- Geds feed back and correct mistakes

- Listen and repeat in chorus each line after the tape

we go to school” in English 3.

- Asks ss to look at the pictures in part 3 on

page 43 to answer the questions

- Play the tape again for ss to listen and tick

the pictures

- Let ss listen to the tape to check their

answers

- Asks some ss to role play, asking and

answeing questions about their own school

name and address
