3 Let’s chant.

Objectives: At the end of the period, pupils will be able to: pronounce

correcttly the sounds of the letters j and v and to say what

nationallity they are or what nationality others are

Sentence pattems: What’s your name ? Vocabulary : review

Resources: Student’s bookk, recording, pupets, frash cards,…

PROCEDURE

Warm up: - Ask pupils to show the pictures they have

drawn in lesson 1 and say where the pupils in the pictures are from

Net work

1.Listen and

repeat

the chant and pronounce correctly the sounds

of the letters j and v as in Vietnamese, Japanese.

- Stick the large –sized sheet of paper with the chant on the board and tell pupils to look at the chant on it

- Point to the word Vietnamese and then point

-listen 3 times
