I.Aims: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

- Ss will be able to revise the topics, the language competences, the language knowledge

(intonation, vocabulary, sentence patterns) they have learnt from unit 11 to unit 15

-Ss will be able to consolidate their speaking, reading, writing and listening skills

II.Languages focus:

Vocabulary: Ss have learnt from unit 11 to 15.

Sentence patterns: Ss have learnt from unit 11 to 15.

III Teaching aids: Text book, Picture, cassette, workbook ……

IV Procedure:

A Warm up (3ms)

- Greeting

- Ask some questions to elicit the lesson

1 Listen and tick (8ms)

- Ask Ss to open their books and look at part 1 on Page 36

- Ask Ss some eliciting questions to help them distinguish the content of the pictures in this task (Help Ss review the words and the way to pronounce them correctly to choose the correct answers.)

- Explain the way to do the task

- Play the tape three times and let Ss do the task

- Call on some Ss to give their answers

- Play the tape the last time to check with the whole class Observe and give feedback

2 Listen and number (8ms)

- Ask Ss to open their books and look at part 2 on Page 36

- Ask Ss some eliciting questions to help them distinguish the content the pictures in this task

- Explain the way to do the task
