Stripping
Step 1: Use the paper knife to
strip off the insulation skin of the
power cable (Note: The length of
exposed conductor must be one
to two millimeters longer than
the tube of the OT terminal.)

cable with the OT terminal
(Note: The length of exposed
conductor must be one to two
millimeters longer than the
tube of OT terminal.)

Crimping
crimper to crimp the OT
terminal onto the power cable
(Note: Generally you need to
crimp twice to ensure that the
OT terminal is crimped reliably.)

Step 4: Wrap the well-crimped
OT terminal with insulation tape
Requirement: The lugs and naked
wires of the power cable and
ground cable must be wrapped
with tubes or insulation tapes
No copper wire can be exposed at
the lug or terminal Installation
order of the flat washer and
spring washer must be correct
(Note: The length of the insulation tape wrapped on the conductor cannot be too long Otherwise, the terminal cannot be in good contact upon installation.)

Prepare the following tools:
Power cable crimper, power
cable, insulation tape, paper
knife, cable cutter, and cold
end terminal.

Step 1: Use the paper knife
to strip off the insulation skin
(Note: When stripping the
insulation skin of the power
cable, you need to strip 12 to
15mm more of the external
water-proof layer than the
inner fire-proof layer.)

Sheathing
Step 2: Sheath the power
cable with the cold end
terminal.

Step 3: Use the power cable
crimper to crimp the cold end
terminal onto the power cable
and then use the cable cutter
to trim off the extruding
conductor of the power cable
on the cold end terminal
