LESSON 1 – GETTING STARTED + LISTEN AND READ

A Aim: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to read for details about making plans

for a vacation abroad and aware of how to make, accept and decline invitations

1 Setting the scene: Included in the WARM-UP

2 Main activities:

- Show the photocopied pictures

to students, one by one, and ask

students to guess what country it

is

- Ask if they know what three first

pictures are
