1.REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 58905

Remove the 3 screws

a.

Detach the claw and remove the console

compartment door sub-assembly

b.

2.REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY 58908A

Remove the 2 screws and console compartment

door lock sub-assembly

Use the same procedure for both console compartment door cushions

for Type B:

Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the

claw and remove the cover

Remove the 4 screws and console compartment

door hinge sub-assembly

console end panel sub-assembly as shown in

the illustration

Attach the claw and clip to install the rear console end panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration

Attach the claw to install the shifting hole cover

assembly

3.INSTALL NO 1 CONSOLE BOX AIR DAMPER SEAL (w/ Rear Register Duct) 58881E

Remove the peeling paper from a new No 1 console box air damper seal and press firmly to install the No 1console box air damper seal in the position shown in the illustration
