Summary of new contributions of the thesis
1 On the basis of these concepts: industrial development, sustainable development, the thesis introduces the concept of industrial development in a sustainable manner Accordingly, under the direction of industrial development is sustainable development practices as required industrial sustainable development, in which speed and quality of industrial growth was maintained high and stable, ensuring requirements harmony between economic, social and environmental According to the concept, industrial development in a sustainable way is the harmonious combination of the following two: One is to maintain the speed and quality of industrial growth and stability; Second, ensure requirements about the harmony between industrial development with the presence of sustainable development, which is economically sustainable, sustainable social and environmental sustainability The thesis build system evaluation criteria for industrial development in a sustainable manner, including: the assessment criteria of speed and quality of industrial growth; evaluation criteria harmony between industrial development with the presence of sustainable development: economic, social, environmental
2 The thesis analyzes the current status of industrial development in the northern key economic region Vietnam towards sustainability, pointing out the achievements, limitations and restrictions cause On that basis, the thesis identifies the issues raised need to be addressed, namely: First, there is an urgent need for policy measures to create conditions suitable for industrial development NKER depth Second, the need to promote industrial restructuring, export promotion industrial products and participation in global value chains Third, the need
