THE SUMMARY OF THE NEW CONCLUSIONS OF THE THESIS
1 The thesis seeks to codify and clarify the conception of scientific and technological development for agriculture and the development of science and technology for agriculture in the Red River Delta today On the basis, the thesis gives the contents of the development of science and technology for agriculture in the Red River Delta today, as follows: (1) To develop research and application facilities and the system of material - technical bases of science and technology for agriculture; (2) To develop human resources for science and technology for agriculture; (3) To develop the science and technology for agriculture; (4) To develop science and technology markets for agriculture
2 The thesis analyzes and evaluates the practical situation of scientific and technological development for agriculture in the Red River Delta; shows the achievements, limitations and causes of achievements and limitations On that basis, it
identifies the issues that need to be resolved: Firstly, contradiction between the
requirement of the development of science and technology for agriculture with the practical situation of scientific and technological potential in this area in the Red River
Delta; Secondly, the limitations of coordination between subjects and forces in the development of science and technology in agriculture in the Red River Delta; Thirdly, the
conflict between the demand of promotion of the application of advanced science and technology to develop modern agriculture with the limitations of ability to meet the model
of agricultural production and agricultural-rural infrastructures in the Red River Delta
3 The thesis proposes four perspectives and six solutions of the development of science and technology for agriculture in the Red River Delta The content of the perspectives and solutions are covered comprehensively on the issues of human resources of science and technology, investment capital, mechanisms and policies, science and technology infrastructure, models of agriculture production, labor resources of agriculture, science and technology markets and international cooperation
in science and technology for agriculture This is the application and concretization of the Communist party of Vietnam's views on science and technology development for agriculture in the Red River Delta
