6.1 Size of specimen

information sup led ISO 8 4-1 pr ovides detaied g uidanc on ve ification of the tes spe imen
6.3.2 When the method of cons ruction pr ecludes a detaied survey of the spe imen w ithout ha ving
to pe manently damag e it , or if it is consider ed that it wil subseq en y be imp s ible to ev luate
cons ruction detai s fr om a p st-tes examination, then one of two o tions shal be exer cised b the
la oratory, eithe :
— thela orat ory o e se s the man factur of the do r or sh tt er as embly( ies)that is t o be the subje t
